Planning

   Start your new home design process by establishing a realistic budget and pre-qualify for Financing with a mortgage company or bank. After qualifying for financing and receiving the Development Deposit B&T Construction can design a home to fit your budget.

   GET YOUR PLAN ON PAPER! Budget-Wise design thinking. Many factors can affect cost. We will help you design a flowing floor plan that will fit your budget and lifestyle that you will enjoy for years to come.

    If you already have your building lot, B&T can analyze it for you helping to adapt your design to the site to minimize dramatic topographical changes which can be costly. If you don’t we can help you find a prime building site.

Planning - Pricing

   Once your home has been designed and modified to suit your needs, your B&T designer will complete a preliminary material list with a description and part numbers of all the interior and exterior materials chosen.

Planning - Home Order

   When you are ready to proceed, you will need to complete a full home order which includes a signed Purchase and Sale Agreement, and a deposit with B&T Construction. At this point you are officially under way!

 

Construction - Permits

   Once all prints and site plans are approved, all necessary permits will be applied for and issued. Then construction can begin.

Construction - Foundation, Framing & Exterior

   The first phase of construction includes excavation, foundation construction, backfill, structure framing, roofing and exterior finish

Construction - Interior

   The second phase of construction includes plumbing, heating, A/C, electrical, insulation, drywall, painting and interior trim.

Construction - Finish

   The final phase of construction includes interior finish, cabinets, flooring, interior and exterior trade finish client walk thru and acceptance.
